I would like to express my personal thanks and appreciation to you, and indeed I believe that I can speak on behalf of the members of the Committee and all owners at “Huntington”, for the exemplary way in which you have executed the replacement of the fire doors.
Your advice pre-contract in advising of the options and guiding us in our choice of hardware options was most helpful and greatly appreciated. The execution of the task was carried out in a most efficient way with minimum disruption to owners and residents. The project was completed on time. Great care was taken to avoid damaging any property, and such mess that did occur was promptly cleaned up. Your courtesy when dealing with the various owners and their queries was much appreciated.
It would be remiss not to mention your excellent partnership with the painters who carried out the difficult task of seeking to satisfy different requirements as to the interior frame colour with the utmost courtesy, and especially the grinding and treating of the door frames where necessary.
